In spring 2024, my colleague Dr Paul Galbally and I had the honour to receive the CPCAB Counselling Research Award for our work on personalised learning in the context of counselling training. It was great fun writing and publishing a paper together on the relational dynamics in learning and teaching, what works for our students and what inspires them to engage with their studies in empowering and meaningful ways.
